idles fine revs up in neutral and in gear with muffs on, put in lake won't rev up. replaced plugs, fuel pump, fuel lines, primmer ball, rebuilt all three carbs, always run premium fuel with amsoil, flushed out fuel tank, and tried a different tank, same results after each and everything listed.
