Mercruiser 305 cuts out at 3500 rpm, when throttle pulled back engine returnes to normal. Changed fuel pump, new carb kit, swapped all electronics with second motor, replaced fuel filter---still failes. Does the tank have a restriction? The other engine works ok on'same tank.
