Mariner 50 boat engine no petrol to carburator

Good day,
I have not started my boat for a few months, now it wont start at all.

Its a 3 cylinder engine.

I have checked spark on the plugs and it is 100%.

I have traced the petrol and I get pressure all the way past the petrol filter, but no petrol in the carburetor.

Does anyone have advice on this ?
