To start, it has to have throttle as it’s pulled. Then it runs really roughly and virtually conks out when the throttle is released.
Two boat mechanics have looked at it and have virtually replaced all possible parts.
When I picked it up from the second ones month ago, it was running perfectly but at home here today in a tub of water, what I described above is how it’s performing for me.
Any ideas?
