Hi, just took my lund 2001 1775 pro v out of inside storage for the winter in Illinois. I was washing it and found around 8 paint blisters between 1/4 to 3/8 round out side of the rear transom. This boat has never stayed in water overnight always pulled out. Any idea what would cause this to happen?. This boat is mint condition. . Thank you
