KAMD 300 runs fine at idle to 2500 rpm, then surges 200-400 rpm each surge, sometimes can push quickly through the 3000 rpm barrier Currently not able to push past 3000 RPM.
All new belts, all liquids coolant changed, yes built up in turbo however blade turns
Thoughts?
