Poked a big hole in the carburetor(part # 319010) of the above 10 HP Johnson motor taking it apart to rebuild. Went to EBay to find another and found numerous carbs that looked exactly the same but with different part numbers. Can I use these other carbs on my motor? Does it HAVE to be the same part number? If not, what other year motors used the same carb? Will an Evinrude carb fit? If so, which one? Can I use a carb from a 15 HP motor and get more power? If so, what year 15 HP will fit my engine? Also, this engine has no cooling water "pee hole" - is there something wrong? Thank you for any info you can give me.
