Will not start. I have changed the plugs and tested the fire. Full tank of fuel. Changed the valve at the tank. Pulled the fuel pump and can't seeing any leakage with primer bulb pumped and tight. Removed and cleaned the carburetor. It was really clean already. I can hear fuel at the carburetor as I pump the primer. I can also hear fuel when pulling the choke. This is a rope start.
