Engine will not develop full power. Runs fine at slower speeds. Not missing. Carbs rebuilt this spring. Wide open Spark advance confirmed at 28 degrees BTC. New power pack. Full throttle visually confirmed looking into carbs. 120 to 110 psi compression all cylinders.
