when i first start the engine, and after warming up engine, it does not want to accelerate above 1,000 rpms. After continous urging the boat finally takes throttle and performs for the remainder of the day regardless of how many times it restarts. The boat has a primer bulb and i use it when starting the engine. I have had the boat to the repair shop three times and it hasn't been fixed. desperate for an answer.
