Johnson 200 hp 1998 outboard

went fishing the other day. cranked my motor and headed out. got to my first spot and fished for about an hour. when I cranked up it was a drag on my motor like my battery was about dead. motor would run about a minute then go dead. got to where it would not even crank. boosted it off and it did the same thing. is this because of the electronics on the boat would not let it run. primer bulb would not stay primed and I could hear bubbling in the tank when I squeezed the primer. could all this be related to a bad battery?
