Starts immediately. Idles perfectly. Hole shot is good. Planes and then 3-5 minutes of running, bogs down to idle. Sometimes will power back up, other times, bogs and almost dies unless pull the throttle back near idle. It will limp along under lite throttle and some times it will plane back off only to fall off/ bog down again when it reaches about 3000 rpm. It smokes blue and smells rich. Eventually, it will start misfiring, shaking and jerking the boat. It runs great cold, away from the dock about 2 miles. It appears to bog about 3000 rpm. She will run just above idle all day. Eventually it may or may not take to life again. When it runs right, it runs GREAT! Tach is inop. About 700 hrs. Always fresh water. I have replaced head gaskets, pop off valves, thermostats, impeller, trigger base, coils, plugs and wires, fuel lines, primer bulb. I removed the VRO two yrs ago because it was way over oiling. Running an electric fuel pump for consistent fuel supply. Had the boat 18 yrs. Always dependable. I am thinking power pack at this point?
