Started and ran fine. Stopped to fish. Went to start it and the pull rope won't pull but a little. I checked to make sure it was in neutral. I put in forward, Now pull rope won't budge at all. Put back in neutral, pull rope does move some, but not enough to turn over engine. Same when I tried in reverse. Motor was purchased this spring as never used, still in box. All fluids are filled. I have only started and ran this motor a few times, with no problems up till it did this.
