Honda BF50D

My Honda is having issues, after 4-5 minutes of running, the alarm will sound, (constant beep). motor seems hot to touch (but dont they all)... ive tested some sensors (heat sensors, air sensors etc..) they all seem like they have continuity... ive ripped the head off to inspect and replace head gasket, everything in there looks fine and not blocked.. has anyone had this issue before?
