Honda bf150 2015

Hello. While running at low throttle positions and doing small transitions to idle we lost all electrical power on board. Running two batteries. Side mounted control box. The batteries run through a rotating red switch that has positions for 1, 2, 1/2 and 0(off).
We checked the various contact areas…wiggled anything we could…I clipped the kill switch then re installed it…tried the ignition…nothing would trip it back on…and then it would randomly return electrical power while the ignition was left in the on position on its own.
Is there a checklist of corrosion spots to work down? Any plan of working through the system to try and find the issue? Feels like it maybe ignition related.
Mahalo for your help.

no power

no power is not difficult to troubleshoot. Often are bad connectors termination to the wires inside, you can't see it. Do track it down with a volt meter, from the battery go outward. There is something on its way broke, check fuses and sockets for them for corrosion. When you check the cables for conductivity with ohm meter make sure batteries are off.
