New 2017 Honda 9.9. While going through manufacture recommended break in, engine ran great at low speeds. However, moving the speed indicator out of SLOW, the engine started running rough, like heavy missing, growling like sound, like possible cavitation. Tried to change the engine tilt to try to put it lower in the water. No change. At the lowest position, engine would not start. Moved it up and it started. Always ran smooth at slow speed. Any and all suggestions appreciated.
