Just rebuilt transom. Hooked 84-89 Yamaha 90 back up and turned key. Nothing. So long story short, the tilt/trim on the side of the motor works but not at the controls. I tested with multimeter and i receive power to the ignition,to the starter relay and from the control tilt/trim switch to the tilt/trim solenoids. I have used the manual for troubleshooting but everything test good so I dont understand why I cant tilt/trim or crank the motor from the forward controls. Please help.
