The plastic covers in front of the carburetors are full of fuel. Engine fires up and runs for 10 seconds ish and dies. When I give it throttle in neutral is revs and dies in about 10 seconds. Engine looks brand new absolutely beautiful. Well taken care of. Change the fuel filter, spark plugs. Help please
