rpm are limted to 5000 max, no mater what the pitch.have done all the recommonded stuff, fuel system is good, new plugs and wires, new fuel filter, all filters for gas and carbon replaced. motor was bouht used, engine log show it has never run in the wor range, is possible that the engine map is linitung the rpms? yes throthel inkage is goood, with key on tps readsgood
