Evinrude upper tilt line assembly hose

Have a damaged connector where the upper tilt line assembly hose connects to the ram cylinder. Wondering if I could replace the ram cylinder with a modern cylinder and if so, where I could get one. Have talked to people that can rebuild the upper tilt line assembly hose, but need a modern cylinder with which to connect. attached - picture of new upper tilt line assembly hose
