I have a 1998 50hp Evinrude 0utboard when engine is cold lt starts and idles ok when it warms up it runs bad have cleaned carbs did not help .I noticed the tan wire from temp senser to harness plug d0es not have blocking diode looks like someone cut it out put splice in .lf I need to replace diode which direction does it need to go. thank you.
