Ok. The motor starts fine everytime. The motor planes fine when it is first started. After, fishing for a while. When you go to get on plane it bogs down. If you rev the motor up high and let it back off a couple of times it will usually go. Sometimes when I do this. I hear a thump come from the motor and it takes right off. Like something is stuck. Any help would be great.
