i just purchased a boat with this motor as a kicker . i pulled spark plugs out and the lower cylinder had a couple table spoons worth of oil that ran out the spark plug hole and down the leg to the floor with plugs out i pulled the starter cord to turn motor over and it sprayed oil out the lower spark plug hole. i had unscrewed the filler cap and could not see any oil in the filler hole it was dry. now this boat has been sitting for a couple of years it had new sparkplugs in it the guy who sold it said mechanic changed them the oil looks new. what do i check first??? not sure how oil got in cylinder
