I have an 86 40hp johnsone. Replaced fuel lines, rebuilt carbs, ran fine for awhile then recently began racing on its own when put in neutral. At first I could shut it off and restart it and idle would be fine unless I shifted into F or R and back to N then it would idle high then quickly accelerate until I had to shut it off. Today I started it out of water and idle was high and began accelerated again. Any thoughts would be appreciated
