2000 mercury 9.9 Bigfoot sun tracker pontoon-my 20 amp fuse keeps blowing in motor..no power to start , gas gauge doesn't move and red oil pressure light doesn't come on when key is on .. as it usually does.before you turn to start,.but all other lights in switches and gauges illuminate .. evrytime you put new fuse in it immediately blows/ pops .. boat ran all day till brought it back to dock and now nothing , battery is fully charged
