My 1997 40hp Yamaha wont run on the top cylinder ! I have put a carb kit in it and cleaned the carbs twice !! Has spark and seems to have fuel but still will not fire on that cylinder. All cylinders have 120lbs compression and the reed valves look fine ! Any ideas ?
