Crown line trim stuck in up position

2002 crownline 29 Cr currently dry docked , power trim is stuck in the up position ,
Would love to nw get her in the water this weekend. does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Buddy had similar problem with a merc 115hp 2 stroke. His has two relays on the motor, one for up and one for down. The up wasn't working at all, down worked fine. swapped the relays to check, down didn't work, up worked. Bought new relay, trim up and down working great. If you can hear the clicking sound of the relay but nothing happens, try swapping the wires to test.

Assuming it is a Mercury, there may be a rod at the top of the outdrive that goes through a hole in the outdeive and into a hole on the part on the drive that does not move and holds it up or if pushing the down button doesn't activate the hydraulic drive motor mechanism as you didn't mention the drive motor wasn't working or not, try shorting across the cylinoid. It may just be a bad connection on the hydraulic pump unit or maybe bad contact in the down button.
