i would look at the electric fuel primer solenoid-on these motors its on the right side of the motor it has a manual value that is red + can be moved open to the left + closed twored the back of the motor witch is where you want it to be in the run postion these primer can cause major proplems with starting + runing but are easy to work on-hope this helps
