I am the owner of a 2000 Hydra-sports 230 sea horse cc , it currently has a 2000 Johnson 200 2 stroke on it . I would like to re-power it with a new / larger 4 stroke outboard .the problem is some dealers wont re-power larger , if there is no rating / capacity plate on the boat . there is not one on my boat . I bought the boat used , and the sticker was not on it .
