Boat Will Not Start and/or Stay Running

1990 Four Winns, 195 Freedom, 4.3 V6 Chevy engine, have changed fuel pump, water seperator filter, hose from gas tank to filter but there is not any gas in the carb What do I check next?

Check that not pulling in air into system, also check carb needle and seat isnt worn or blocked
