Got a rebuilt outboard mercury 2009 never been ran since the rebuild tried to get it running. Replaced injectors and lower end pump propeller but every time we start it it runs for just a minute and the loud tone comes from the console and the motor dies it keeps doing this even in the cold so I know it's not over heating it doesn't even run long enough to get the water to the motor I think it's electrical but not sure please help
