I have a 2005 Yamaha 225 4 stroke outboard. When I go to start it, it act like the started is dragging. You have to turn the key a few times until the started stop dragging and spins the engine.. I have checked voltage at the batteries with 12.5v, checked volts at the transom with 12.5, and at the engine, with 12.5. I checked volts at the eng. as my son starts the end, volts drop to 9 or so but when end start to spin it goes back up to 12.3.. but when it drags the volts drop to 4, and than back up when it starts to spin.. any help would be great.. art
