The motor runs good except on the top end it gets up to 5500 rpms for brief period then starts to lose power. The TPS sets ok on the low end at.48VDC but the positioning of #1 throttle plate where TPS is actuated bye a shaft will only allow the voltage to go up to 3.6VDC mechanically. We can get the voltage up to 5V if we remove it from the shaft and actuate it bye hand. The book says it should be 5.25V @ full throttle. The fact that it reaches 5500 RPMs @ the 3.6V indicates to me that something else maybe causing the problem. Anyone have any suggestion or has experienced this? your help would be deeply appreciated.
