Ive been haveing a problem with it not wanting to plane. The wear ring is good and the impeler is to. I resealed the ride plate with new seal and caulk, also put new starter on it and carbs and fuel pump redone. does anyone have a clue what else i can do. i was reading the stator but why would that make a differnce.
