When I'm at idle on my 75hp Mercury outboard I hit the trim up on my throttle the boat motor will die and an alarm will sound. When I'm under power and planed out I go to trim the motor and it bog down and an alarm will sound. As soon as I release the button it runs normal. What would cause this?
