The engine (1996 Force 70 HP) starts fine when starting cold. Idles good and runs excellent for as long as you want until I turn the engine off to fish for a while. When trying to restart the engine will not hit a lick. New plugs and fuel filter good. The starter will turn the engine as long as I keep the key engaged. I've tried choking, not choking, and using the fast idle throttle. It just will not fire until the engine has had a couple hours to cool down. Then starts fine. Pretty sure it is not flooding but at a loss to the problem. I'm not much on electronics but have a suspicion it is electrical. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks
