Well I was having problems about dying while loading the trailer then it would hesitate and backfire when taking off took it to the shop they said fuel pressure so they replaced cooler in fuel pump got it back ran better but still hesitated I replace the fuel regulator fix the hesitation ran really good except when we set for a while it didn't want to start after it cooled and opened up the hatch and finally would start and would be okay if you ran it and let it set 15 20 minutes it would start flying around ok but yesterday coming home after fishing with my wife running 35 and it just cut off never offered to start after it died any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank you the boat is a 1997 272 Baja Islander 454 mag MPI
