I have a inboar/outboard 4.3 mercruiser. Newer motor with about 40 hours on it. This is the first time in 3 years I took it out. Fired right up and ran good for about 15 minutes then began to backfire and not go over about 10mph. Hoping it's just the old gas from sitting? Help!
