I have a 25hp Nissan 4 stroke outboard boat motor. It seems to be losing power when it is under pressure. It has 30lbs of compression in all three cylinders. As far as i can tell it is getting good fuel. Has anybody else had this problem or any suggestions on what it could be. Thank you
