Engine has about 5 hours on it. Does not have smart guages. Been on water several times but never run motor more than maybe 20 minutes at a time. Was coming back after out fishing, came close to marina, boat slowed down measurably but tach said rpm went about 2800 to 4000. No alarm. No guage to indicate overheating or anything. Throttled down and parked boat in marina. At marina, put motor into neutral, throttled up, barely got 3000 rpm. Prop is clean, no weeds. Water pumping strong. Any ideas?
