I brought my new 2020 Honda 50 home late Friday and was excited to put it into the river Saturday afternoon. My pre-inspection before leaving home revealed an unattached approx 3/8x4” hose above the upper deflection plate. I’m new to Honda and have no idea as to what this is or of it’s safe to run the engine. The dealer is closed for the long weekend. Can anyone help. I’ve attached a couple of pictures. Thanks..
