2020 Dual Suzuki DF150AP

I bought a storm damaged 2000 Glacier Bay 2690 at auction in WA State earlier this year and am slowly restoring it in Moss Landing, CA. 2 each 2020? DF150AP white outboards with 490 hours on one, 482 on the other. The two outboards were submerged for don't know how long and have sat about 1.5 years untouched. Pulled the oil dipsticks and water came out. The flywheels do not turn. The plan right now is to strip down the power units, lift them off and place them on a pallet, remove the gears and chains, then ship them to Jerry in Florida for a rebuild. I have little money and less time to work on this project, so I will be doing the labor myself, leaning heavily on the Service Manual. I have the first power unit partially done to the point of removing the air intake. This weekend I will get that done and start with the second one. As I was working on the outboard, I was trying to determine which parts to re-use and which need to be replaced (probably almost all of them I assume).

For the lower units, being submerged should not be a problem. I will have to replace the oil, impeller and ????

I need to find low prices on OEM parts. Does anyone have suggestions, advise or comments on this project?
