2019 Suzuki DF250 run report help

I am about to purchase a boat with a 2019 DF250 that has very low hours (34hrs). The boat and engine look brand new and was very well cared for. I just need help interpreting the run report to see if there are any issues that are concerning. Registration sticker expired 2022 so safe to assume it hasn't run much, if at all, in the last 2+ years. It seems to run very well. It was just serviced. There are about 35 gallons of old non-ethanol fuel in it which I'd plan to dilute with fresh non-ethanol gas. I see x4 over-revs and x1 overheat, but don't know how to interpret the rest, or know if these are major issues, or not a huge deal. Thank you very much!
