How To Disconnect?

Hello and thank you. I have sold my 2017 Merc 4 stroke and need to disconnect from the transom and have it hoisted into my pick-up so I can deliver it to the buyer. I would have to travel to another city to have a marine dealer do this. I'd like to use a local auto mechanic to use their hoist after I have disconnected the steering, control cables etc. Does anybody know of a YouTube video that covers this? I am not very techie but haven't found anything on the Webb. I do not want to unknowingly damage anything trying to get the cover off where all the cables, and electrical go into the engine?
