2017 Mercury 15 HP four stroke

In the morning, I can start this engine with one pull and choke out. It warms up and I run 15 or 20 minutes with choke in, then shut it off. It seems to idle a little lower after about 10 min. Working on other parts of boat, and about 2 hour later, I try to start it up again. Nothing. Check gas lines, make sure tank is vented, kill switch not on, then pull several more times and nothing. So I give up, and next morning I go out, pull out the choke, and engine starts right up with one pull. Haven't changed anything, same fresh gas, oil dipstick shows oil on middle line, kill switch not on. Plugs are gapped correctly, no change from day before. What can be the problem?
