When I run over 35,000 RPM’s my engine make a high pitch noise and this has been going on for 2 years and my boat mechanic cannot figure it out. When I slow down under 35,000 RPM’s it’s stops. I removed the motor cover cuz it’s sounds like a piece of plastic was making the whining sound as the wind blows through the motor fins.
