2015 Suzuki 90

My engine went well on a trip but when I began to flush it at home it began to rev up and down very . It starts ok but when it gets warm after a minute or less, it runs really poorly. I found a loose rubber tube but I don’t know if it’s meant to be like this or what. Have attached pic.
