When I went to commission the engine this spring the ebbing had no power to the key switch. Everything else works. I ended up having the batteries tested and was told they were bad so I installed new batteries. The engine started and ran fine during the commissioning. However it sat for a few weeks and when I took it to the ramp the batteries were dead. I charged them and as in the beginning everything works except the engine won't power up.
