Blast technology not working right. Instead of kicking in under load around 3000 rpm it's hitting very late at 5500 rpm plus only. A serious loss of power. All vacuum lines are good. Motor was just serviced.the whole fuel system from the tank to vst and injectors. I'm not sure what they are called in the intake air box, three flaps on a bar that's connected to a round silver vacuum actuator. The bar and flaps were a bit stiff. I lubricated it alot and it freed up. My best guess is what ever the silver round actuator is it may be bad?. Help please
