Boat starts and idles great while I slowly make it to open water. Engine throttles up great and takes off. As soon as I throttle down the engine goes to idle and will not come out of idle after that. I just idle back, trailer the boat, take it for repair and they mis-diagnose it, tell me it is fixed but it does the same thing each time. New throttle cable installed and I have 13 volts so the throttle cable to electronic signal component should have plenty of voltage to send throttle signal. Must be an electronic component that sends or receives the signal malfunctioning?
